Stacey’s Dance Studio Competition Team represents the heart, talent, and dedication of our dancers in Thibodaux, Louisiana. This team is made up of passionate performers who train year-round in styles ranging from ballet and jazz to hip-hop, lyrical, and contemporary. More than just competitors, our dancers are storytellers. These girls bring artistry, athleticism, and emotion to every stage they step on. They embody the values of teamwork, discipline, and creativity, supporting one another as they grow both as performers and as individuals. Through regional and national competitions, the team showcases not only technical excellence but also the joy and spirit of dance that defines Stacey’s Dance Studio. Whether performing a high-energy jazz routine or a moving contemporary piece, our dancers shine with confidence, passion, and heart.
This team will compete at 4 local competitions around South Louisiana. Tuition is based on the 4 competitions, 1 costume fee, and monthly class tuition for the year. Competition tuition will be split into 3 transactions over 3 months.
*All dancers are required to take 1 regular-season jazz/technique class to continue improving their skills.
Try-outs
Stacey’s Dance Studio will be holding auditions for our 2026–2027 Competition Team in the summer of 2026! Dancers ages 9-18 are invited to showcase their talent, passion, and dedication. Tryouts will include jazz, lyrical, and hip-hop combinations, as well as a brief technique evaluation. We’re looking for dancers who shine on stage and support one another as teammates. Join us and represent Thibodaux with pride!
